A review of indie bookshop the Imaginarium in the New Forest.

Claiming to be the UK's "only Sci-Fi and Fantasy bookshop", the Imaginarium is located in the cute and bustling town of Lymington, in the New Forest.
Tucked away down a side street, you might miss this gem of a find located in the aptly named Angel Courtyard. Sneak under the Angel & Pig pub overhang, and you'll find the shop at the end of the row.
Run by family and wife duo, the pair aim to create a community of readers, writers, and those who love stories in the heart of the New Forest.
But you won't just find a hoard of beautiful books in this shop (although there are plenty!). The Imaginarium contains more bookish merch than you could ever wish for. Themed dragon journals, special edition dust jackets, bookmarks, posters, bags, and more. Not to mention their gorgeous collection of special editions (drool drool).

If you're not sure what you want to read, the Imaginarium offers recommendations by trope, as well as a "read-cycled" corner of books, to make sure that anyone can enjoy reading.
I came away with a stack of books, most of which you wouldn't find in a highstreet bookstore. Will I be back? Almost certainly. I personally loved browsing in this bookshop, and know that their collection of bookish merch is going to be too good to resist.
Have you visited? Will you? Leave a comment and let me know what you think.
